Baby Stuff!!

So on Friday Korry and I decided to go to Babies-R-Us and look at some cribs, I found one that I liked so much and was actually in stock that we decided to get it! A special thanks to his parents for driving to Ogden to haul it home for us because the box was so massive! Well even though we still have like 3 months left I just got so excited that we set it all up and put the bedding in it as well, now all we need is the baby to go in it. The swing on the lower left is the the swing that Korry surprised me with.

Our life up until Christmas day

Well our little journey so far for our baby has been wonderful. Our little baby girl is about 6 1/2 to 7 months along now. We are so excited to have a little baby girl. Her name is going to be Brooklyn Joy Johnston. The due date is set for March 30th. Everytime we go to the Doctor he tells us a different date. Last time we went he said it will probably be a little bit earlier.

Our Christmas was amazing. We got so much great stuff for us, as well as a lot for Brooklyn. We will try to post some pictures soon of all the different things we got.

Christmas day sure was one we will never forget. We went out to Tara's parents house for Christmas day. The weather was horrible. We decided to drive out to Bothwell anyways. It took a long time to get there and it was a pretty scary trip as well. The breakfast with her family was great. The food was great as well as the company. After some food and a little wii playing. Most of the family ventured home. We stayed there and played some games. Soon it was about 1 and we were basically snowed in. At about 130 the power went out completely. It was out for about 6 hours. It really made me realize how much I love electricity. We had a lot of fun though playing games and napping. We were all huddled around some propane heaters and lamps playing games. It was honestly a great Christmas to remember.

Leaving wasnt that great, We got stuck and it took along time to get out, but fortunately with the help of her brothers and dad and a friendly neighbor with a tractor, we made it home safe.
